The challenge
In the hands-on industry of parks and recreation, professionals often find themselves juggling many roles. Drawing from over a decade of hands-on experience in the field, Zach Houvener understands this challenge first-hand. Seeing the need for a unique solution, Zach envisioned Parks & Recipes, a curated library of resources purpose-built for the modern professional.
With a clear vision and Webflow aspirations, Zach reached out to our team at What IF Web. Together, we embarked on a journey to redefine the digital landscape for parks and recreation professionals, bringing Parks & Recipes to life.
What we did
- Designed a bespoke website prioritising exceptional user experience. Building upon a foundation of Relume Library components, we crafted a dynamic and interactive design that not only ensures an engaging user experience but also maintains a cohesive visual appeal, perfectly encapsulating the vibrant brand personality of Parks and Recipes.
- Crafted a multi-step form system using Formly, integrated with AWS, ensuring a user-friendly design that encourages engagement, setting it apart from boring generic forms.
- Brought the designs to life in Webflow complete with playful interactions and animations.
The result
With a shiny new website, Parks & Recipes is set to redefine the landscape for Parks & Recreational professionals. Beyond a website, it’s a hub for fostering community connections, empowering professionals, and enriching overall community experiences.

What our amazing clients had to say about working with us
"Isaac and Tom with What IF Web were phenomenal to work with, point blank. The website they designed, and developed through Webflow was more than I could've imagined and they used a variety of tools to make communication easy (Slack, Markup.io, Figma, etc.) and over communicated which was a great experience for me, the end user. Will work with them again, and highly recommend them to anyone needing dev/design work. Thanks Isaac/Tom!"
